I decided to do a post on it because I love this palette so much. I use it for both day time AND night time looks. I just deepen up the colours.

Makeup TAG!

So i saw this tag on elleandblair.com and decided to do it as a fun little post in between my usual weekly posts.

1. EEK! You’ve got five minutes to do your makeup for a date. What’s your minimum?
Concealor, blush and mascara!

2. Pick a trend—crazy cat eyeliner, super hot pink blush, or feathered false lashes?
I'm not a fan of crazy eyeliner so definitely the blush, I already overload on blush as it is!

3. If you had to either give up all makeup for two months or give up your skincare for a week, which would you pick?
Skin care for a week!

4. What beauty products are always in your purse?
A pencil eyeliner, a pressed powder and lipgloss!

5. Are there any beauty products that you keep coming back to throughout the years?
No none that I can think of off the top of my head!

6. Smoky eyes or red lips?
Smokey eyes for sure!

7. Lipstick or lipgloss?
Lipstick. I don't really wear gloss that often, I don't like it when my hair sticks to my lips and that always happens when I'm wearing gloss.

8. Are there any products that you never expected to like but ended up loving?
Lipstick! I always thought oh it's for older women but it's definitely not!

Dermalogica Skin Kit: Dry Review

Dermalogica is my go to brand for skin products. I have quite dry skin and occasionally get red dry patches on my face, usually caused by certain products that just dont agree with my skin. Dermalogica is the only brand that i find truly works on my skin. Ive tried a few of their products during facials and definitely felt a difference. Because the products are quite expensive full sized I decided to try a Skin Kit. After trying it for a while heres my thoughts..

Steal Her Style: Lana Del Rey

I absolutely love this dress on Lana. I think she pulls it off so well. Peter pan collared dresses seem to be everywhere these days, i have yet to own one though! Im not sure if they'd suit me to be honest!

I searched high and low for this particular dress and found this dress that looked similar. I think its a nice spin off from the dress Lana is wearing.
