I decided to do this post because I recently had this problem but to be honest, even though I knew how to prevent it, I was in a rush and didn't follow these steps (slapping myself on the wrist for being naughty!). So I thought by sharing this, I could help prevent someone feeling the shame I felt!

Makeup TAG!

So i saw this tag on elleandblair.com and decided to do it as a fun little post in between my usual weekly posts.

1. EEK! You’ve got five minutes to do your makeup for a date. What’s your minimum?
Concealor, blush and mascara!

2. Pick a trend—crazy cat eyeliner, super hot pink blush, or feathered false lashes?
I'm not a fan of crazy eyeliner so definitely the blush, I already overload on blush as it is!

3. If you had to either give up all makeup for two months or give up your skincare for a week, which would you pick?
Skin care for a week!

4. What beauty products are always in your purse?
A pencil eyeliner, a pressed powder and lipgloss!

5. Are there any beauty products that you keep coming back to throughout the years?
No none that I can think of off the top of my head!

6. Smoky eyes or red lips?
Smokey eyes for sure!

7. Lipstick or lipgloss?
Lipstick. I don't really wear gloss that often, I don't like it when my hair sticks to my lips and that always happens when I'm wearing gloss.

8. Are there any products that you never expected to like but ended up loving?
Lipstick! I always thought oh it's for older women but it's definitely not!
